One user cannot receive e-mails
Hi guys I am using google apps for mail delivery but one particular user can send e-mails but cannot receive.Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately no bounce back replies ,no mails at spam or trash,MX records are pointing to the google servers. I have tried google support but nothing.Any help?????????
