Been down for 3 days, and acc mgr said something like fiber cuts or some network (internal) problem. Still down as I write!! I was down from 9 to 10 AM, called their CS who confirmed there was a fibre cut on their Msa-Nbo back-haul. Does any one know whether they have already integrated their Nairobi <>Garissa<>Mombasa fiber backup? JUST OUT OF CURIOSITY; IT TOOK TELKOM/ORANGE A WHOLE DAY TO RESTORE THEIR MSA-NBO FIBER CUT.
