Thanks @Phares, appreciate the feedback and seems like a very good idea though I struggle to understand its objectives in meeting local requirements. I guess then any further discussions of forming an association are as dead as the thread I'd put forward. This was why I specifically wanted us all to discuss the criteria and objectives, comeup with a draft document that would have put in place a structure and a vision even before taking any step forward to avoid any duplications.
