LOL, I thought that it's only in Kenya that customer support is lousy. @ Ndung'u, yeah I tried calling Zain for GPRS modem settings and their CCRs ranged from 'not having a clue of what GPRS is' to 'it shall take us 48 working hours (6 days!!!) for us to email you the settings' You've got to be a very good-natured person to not lose your temper at customer care.
