Nope...it all depends on who your inland connection rides on....KDN terrestrial cable to Msa was kaput sometime today morning with redundancy via KPLC having been down since yesterday. So if you had your link up and running fine, only means your inland connection is from a different cable/provider... Cable got fixed rather fast though.
