Hi Willie/Theus ku.ac.ke and www.ku.ac.ke are actually 2 different domains. From what I can see, ku.ac.ke does not resolve to any hostname, meaning there's not entry for in their DNS. www.ku.ac.ke is a subdomain of ku.ac.ke and resolves to an IP which I presume is the web server. It is all in DNS such that; ku.ac.ke has no A record and www.ku.ac.ke has one.
