the 1mbps from zuku is not guaranteed, so i doubt you can take them to task about it. Its the most stable ive used so far though....

mostly you get as much as you are pushing traffic through, try pushing more traffic like downloads and see if it will reach 1mbps. It should, if its not, then you will need to ask zuku for answers.
