The flash banner seems to have been de-compiled, try and and make the width of the images exactly as the ones that were there initially. Or is the flash width lesser than the area it was placed? Beautiful site! Make the browser Cache the rollover images for the buttons at the bottom during loading. That way first time viewers of the site will not have to wait for the rollover images to load during a mouseover. Otherwise its a very nice design

Thanks for the comments guys. Though I have to reiterate that no flash was used anywhere in the making of the website. All the animations were done using JQuery and a bit of Mootools. Probably I need to preload the buttons in the home page. Regards
