I think they usually have a limit for every country.So they have already enough raters from Kenya. Because the desired web-rating results are country dependent. E.g Someone searching Obama in JAPAN and US will have different results coming on the 1st page.Because there is a big city in Japan called obama. Hence they need people from different countries. I did some work for lionsbridge as a webrater, in 2007 for 1 year.It is very good, you do 20 hours a week.And you easily make close to 50k a month.
