@ Kennedy, The issue is, well you dont need the POS side, which means you want to be partly computerized,partlly manual. Then you have yo define your work order,inputs and outputs you want.Unfortunately Loyalty Mngt systems as party of another core application.So that some inputs(realtime time tracking Data) would come from the core system,to help out processing of that Loyalty programme. Unless either (Client/you) or both havent figureout how this thing works and would work.things wont get that easy.If you want to print Gift Cards that would would be sold to the public and get discounts whenever they shop with specific retailers,then somewhere you would be replaced by their own Gift cards,that minimizes manual operations.
