
Hey Skunkers and Skunketts, Let me start with Seasons greetings and best wishes for all! May 2013 surpass and yield all the rewards of your labor. So first rant and yes, you may have guessed it - it's Zuku! Now while I also have Access Kenya as my primary ISP. I now largely keep Zuku for the TV. And since it's triple play, all services are tied in. I was working, 5 minutes to midnight (new year's), TV goes down, Internet, basically all services. It's almost 11am on the 1st, still no resumption of TV. And please don't get me started on the repeats! For the 1st year you will be fine, I've been watching repeats for the last 3 years, many shows will repeat 4-8 times in a week. I DO WONDER IF ITS ON A LOOP OF SOME SORT? Great start Zuku! Congrats on starting the year right on queue and meeting all our expectations. I'm still waiting for the Fibre Cut SMS you SOMETIMES send out. Isn't it strange that Zuku is always hit by CUTS, yet they continue to spend on advertising everywhere. Perhaps they should be more concerned about increasing their customer base; aren't they also increasing their base of customer rants given the algorithm? Happy New Year! Sham

Funny, that's what my neighbor said. Maybe they cant handle 2013.. Still not up at 3.20pm, I guess they must be enjoying themselves. Says a lot, and no sms yet about the dreaded zuku fibre cut.
