Business Development Manager Opening

Hi All, We Spans Ventures Ltd, have an opening in our Sales department, below is the job summary, in case you are interested or you know someone interested. *JOB SUMMARY:* Responsible for selling IT based solutions. He/she will be responsible for generating revenue with minimum supervision by articulating Spans Venture’s product portfolio to clients as well as establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s strategy. *MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* *1. Developing and building a client base utilizing proven sales techniques.* 2. Ensuring growth in business volumes and customer numbers by attaining the set revenue targets; monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as allocated. 3. Forecasting revenue targets and realise growth and profitability. 4. Qualifying prospective clients that will result in the development of a sufficient sales funnel. 5. Understanding the clients’ business issues, strategies and capabilities and to communicate these internally to the respective Team Leader. 6. Implementing the set overall Company sales strategy. 7. Compiling sales reports as designated by the immediate supervisor. 8. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him/her QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: · Passionate about sales · Vast knowledge in real estate sector · Degree in Business course or ICT/IT, sales and marketing related studies. · Minimum of 4 years experience in ICT Industry. · Sales and marketing exposure, with sales skills training desirable. · Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills. · High level of initiative and work well in a team environment · Display system of building relationships/ networks · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Mature and responsible individual.
