Hi All. Overtime I've noted that local IT companies implementing Oracle, SAP, Temenos, Finacle and similar range of suites are making use of the "H-1B" Rockets. Considering the CS/BBIT/IS graduates who have flooded the market over the last decade, does it in any way allude to the local quality for enterprise level coding works. Peter.
Dear All, I beg to differ. A coder will shapen his skills and continually improve his or her skills because of a passion rather than just what he does 8-5. Better yet i have met numerous SAP, Oracle and similar technology developers who are both skilled and very very adventurous within the cnstraints of these platforms. Thats my two cents!
