There are many guys giving this service. However note that it cannot go out with your phone number, since Safaricom has tightened controls on that end. You either use your own shortcode to send (bound to the prs providing the service), or use their shortcode/ alphanumeric registered with Safaricom. If they're using an offshort bulk provider, your sms will arrive with a +44/ +91 number.

Your Safaricom Modem (if you have one) allows you to send group texts. You just have to have the patience to input them into the modem contacts or you can sync with your Outlook contacts.
