Hi I was recently deprived of my very good phone by thiefs in Nairobi.but my main issue is that I cannot be able to recover my backed-up contacts , I have a nimbuzz account where I can clearly see my contacts but I cant download them using my PC, I have a nokia backup file and when I use noki (a tool for reading backups) it can clearly see al my contact although being proprietary software I can export them, can someone please assist me in recovering my contacts? The nokia backup file is a nbu file (a couple of programs claim to be able to read from it but they cant) Rgs GG
The nbu and arc are nokia proprietary file formats that are archives that contain other compressed archives (zlib) with binary stuff in between. I spent sometime recovering stuff from an arc.
