If I get you right: resources can become almost suddenly utilized. Using your example: 6 E1s those are (6 x 32 = 192 timeslots available for voice minus a few that are used up by signalling) this was dimentioned by planning by both zain and safcom according to the need of the time. Now if calls suddenly increase from about 100 per min to 1000 due to lower tarrifs of course calls will start dropping almost immediately. This is the most unfair and anti competitive underhanded tactic - i cant make no calls across..

And in truth - there really is no harm to safcom cos if they have e.g 6 E1s dedicated to calls from Zain , and these E1s are not full - why block them if they are not affecting the overall network performance ???

Its not like more calls are suddenly going to hog extra E1s or resources by themselves...

Can anyone confirm this ??
