You may have to check with Anisuma Traders along Kimathi Street. I'd advise you to go for one with the smallest HDD, then go the upgrade way. Mine came with 120GB. I upgraded it to 750GB two days ago. All is OK so far. PS : Should u go this way, be careful not to cross the official firmware version 3.55 limit; lest you miss out on some fun for a while [?][?]

Couldn't get the exact HDD I needed (WD7500BPVT) locally. Had to buy it off Amazon. ($89.99). Borderlinx delivered it within 4 days for a $44.70 fee. They use DHL, so you get the luxury of tracking your shipment. A fair cost I'd say. (New computer parts attract no duty)
Local price for the console? No idea. Bought mine in Europe a year ago. Was going for around 350 Euros then. Prices should have come down by now. Factor in some markup + duty and do the math. Check Anisuma for comparison.
