I agree with the writer (Kachwanya) especially in terms of access to blogs and such increasing productivity because blogs sometimes contain valuable info especially on troubleshooting tech-related issues. The Facebook debate is one I will not get into (where I work it's blocked, obviously) but I tend to disagree when some people claim that it increases productivity in the workplace. If I may digress, why do so many skunks end their emails with the words "my two cents, my .02 cents or shillings", etc?
