@Martin, you have a virus on your network machine which is causing the problem.

I have seen this when using courier imap as the server and having clients behind a common address/NAT i think or having multiple imap accounts on one server. To the server, if your connection count > per ip connection count config, then you'll get the error. Fixes: 1. Talk to jambo and ask them to increase their concurrent connection count - Good luck 2. Get your own public ip by talking to SCOM - Hard 3. Use tor - Simple On Tue, Nov 10, 2009 at 9:39 PM, aki <aki275@googlemail.com> wrote:

Thank you Mr. Mwangi, I spoke to jambo and the have increased the number of connection count… it took me two days and 6 emails. I assume a dialog box pop's up with that error. There is a limit to the number of concurrent connections you may have. This is about 10 in XP, and around that for other OSes. Can you send from any other connection other than $afcom? --- On Tue, 11/10/09, Martin Muraguri <martinmur87@gmail.com> wrote: From: Martin Muraguri <martinmur87@gmail.com> Subject: [Skunkworks] Err: connection limit reache on your ip address To: Skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke Date: Tuesday, November 10, 2009, 5:44 PM my mail is hosted on an a sun server belonging to jambo telkom, I get this error while trying to send mail via ms outlook on the safaricom connection. receiving is ok. it appears that the safcom ip is blocked on the server. can I change my safcom ip? the quys @ telcom can increase the number of allowed connections. please help-- Best Regards Martin Maina C: +254726937792 , +254770147485 T: +254 0202465663 E: martinmur87@gmail.com W: http://martingeek.110mb.com _______________________________________________ Skunkworks mailing list Skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks ------------ Skunkworks Rules http://my.co.ke/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=94 ------------ Other services @ http://my.co.ke Other lists ------------- Announce: http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks-announce Science: http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/science kazi: http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/admin/kazi/general
