The Kenya ICT Board wishes to invite comments towards the completion of the Kenya ICT Masterplan 2012-2017 being developed on bhealf of the Ministry of Information and Communication.

We propose to open this out for comment for 10 days after which we shall commence the process of editing and finalisation.
This review process follows several review forums where the summary masterplan has been presented to various stakeholders for comment including workshops, conferences.
We welcome comments and proposals through this forum in order to enrich and complete this process.
On odd one, one has to have a facebook account to download the PDF? Gosh thats a bit of an odd assumption especially for government but I accept it. What of for us that hate facebook? Muriithi

Not bad read. Would be really great if we could pull it as a country. If the MP keep thinking all the economy should be geared to paying their salaries, we may not be able to pull this idea into a reality.
Still will insist this statement from the above document is incompatible with government using facebook 4.3 Public Services for all Public services will be available for all citizen through ICT and ICT will enable a truly integrated open and efficient government. Facebook in my opinion is not an open platform :(
