So, your solution, may look as follows: Main Office - NKR: 1. 1 PBX with support for 8 analogue lines. You need 2x 4-port analogue trunk cards 2. Depending on the model of the PBX, the unit may already have the extensions catered for, either analog or digital 3. You'll need WiFi handsets, which speak same protocol (H.323 or SIP) as your PBX. You'll also need a point to point link between "site" and Main Office. You've just created a situation where your PBX needs to support IP extensions now. You need an WiFi AP at "site". It will take care of laptops as well as the IP handsets. Branch Office (Logistics): 1. Your PBX should be IP PBX and should support same protocols as the one at the Main Office 2. You need also 2x analogue trunk cards (optional) - see my point later... 2. Extension chassis could already be built-in. If not, you buy. You could get a point2point link between your two locations, or have each of them with it's own independent connection to the Internet and then do a VPN betwen them. Either way, this helps you as follows: (a) You deploy the 8 lines at Main Office PBX. (b) You create an IP trunk between Main Office and Logistics Office (c) You use LCR (Least Cost Routing) to route out calls (b) Calls to the PSTN from Logistics Office are routed out via the analogue trunks on Main Office PBX (e) You have inter-office communication without having to rely on PSTN, thereby cutting on the costs of communication between Branch and Main office since you'll use VoIP between them. (f) If you are able to get a point2point link between the two offices, then it's still cheaper to only have Internet break-out at the Main Office, such that you do not need each office to have an independent Internet connection. I am not able to give you specific costs since you are not looking for any. If you were, you'd be a little bit more specific on whether you need Avaya, Cisco, Lucent, Asterisk - based setup. So far I think you are testing the waters:-) If you aren't, then you have all my contacts herein.
