The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of Information communications and technology planning, management and implementation. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Managing the Groups ICT Infrastructure including servers i.e. Applications, Mail and File, computers, Laptops, printers, Scanners, Office electronics i.e. CCTV, Fax machines, ETR devices; 2. To contribute towards the development of the ICT strategy for the organization; 3. Provide IT support and Helpdesk management for End users i.e. troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support. 4. Assist in procurement of IT needs by liaising with Service providers and Suppliers for internet, telephone etc. 5. Designing, improving, updating and administering the Group’s Websites 6. Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure; Keeping hardware and software inventory, licensing and compliance requirements; 7. Administer the organization’s mobile communications infrastructure including Blackberry and iPhone messaging 8. Manage IT contingency and data recovery programme for the ICT infrastructure 9. Coordinate and plan in house software and applications training; 10. Management of telephone system 11. Other duties as may be assigned by the MD and Line Managers. *Minimum Essential Requirements:* * * 1. A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a minimum of four (4) years relevant hands-on experience. 2. Experience in Ms. SQL 2005, Server 2003, UNIX, LINUX, CISCO router Systems, IP Network routing system, and security infrastructure. 3. Working knowledge of Motorolla & Wimax Radios, CCTV, 4. Relevant certifications is an added advantage *Key Competencies* 1. Multi-site networking skills ; RF and Broadband Wireless technologies including practical experience with popular brands such as Wimax and Motorola canopy 2. Knowledge in Terminal services administration and Support, Active Directory administration and support 3. Experienced working with Pastel Evolution or any other ERP application 4. CCTV support and management 5. Excellent communication and Technical skills 6.
