I'm surprised you guys have never come across gotissuez, it's my venting place. I know one of the guys who did it, not sure what they used. It's a great idea.

After venting, the main idea is to follow up on the people concerned to let them know about the complaints, say, if it's City Council, someone from City Council is notified. I'm not sure exactly how they do it though and if any changes have come about through the initiative
