Need to reset one and not lose any data and will want to avoid the idea of 'flushing' the phone - scenario of someone not recalling their password. Any links on howtos are very welcome...googling around offers me with instructions on how to unblock the Blackberries from different providers which is not what I require.I've got a few tries remaining out of the possible ten.
