Hi David , Are you sure ? Here is my calculation 178 MB= 178*1024*8 = 1458176 Kb you said flat rate, i assume it is bomba tariff. the speed is limited to 64kbps. it means with that speed you need 1458176/64/3600 = 6.3 hours Unless vodacom speed limitation is not working. http://www.vodacom.co.tz/docs/docredir.asp?docid=3569 (look at point 3)
