Right now I suggest that a small working group can be formed to work out on the modalities of where to go from here, but it depends on what other members want. I have seem a lof of people are opposed to formalization of the group, which I understand. But having a formal Skunkworks groups does not mean all the freedoms of the informal group will be automatically lost, which I what I think may people fear.
What I do all day is worry about loss of the many freedoms I have come to assume that I have, and the freedom to interact freely online with other members of Skunkworks is one of them. I would be the first to opposed any organized skunkworks group if it meant loss of the kind of freedom we now have but as some of you have rightfully pointed out, it reaches a point where something, just like KANU has 'owners' and that is what many fear. I don't think ti will get to that point.
