​banks in KE are wanting, real wanting! - its like they exist in a vacuum.​ U have to walk to the bank to get communicated-to/details that rightfully shud be sent to you. And even when u walk its like you are begging for the info unless you are premium customer - seriously!

Wish they opened a forum and not a click-here-or-there survey - that way they would know we bank coz our payments come via the bank and not our will!

Ask them to open a forum - online, they would really know we have no choice.
