[Skunkworks] GoTV stuck on one channel

Hi all, I recently joined the mad rush to own a GoTV decoder. However, mine is now stuck on only one channel i.e. CNN. The remote control is not responding, and neither are the buttons on the decoder itself. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? It seems it is common with GoTV. I will not mind looking for an alternative decoder. Thanks.
