Hi Beatrice, May be try the following configuration in your machine after installing the mobile partner.... click Tools >> Options
Profile manager Click New
Check static option APN: ug.celtel.com or ke.celtel.com depending your are using which sim-card
Authentication
Access number *99#

I have a strange problem with my Huawei GPRS Modem (Zain-UG).When I use it in my laptop, the software installs well and i can access Skype and sometimes GoogleTalk (rarely), but I cannot connect to any other site (with IE or Mozilla). My main concern is that when I connect it to other computers/laptops, it connects to any site despite our network configurations/setup being similar. When I do an IP Config on my laptop, this is what I get;
I have tried to contact their customer support but has not been helpful so far, what could be the problem? any assistance....please.
