I view it a bit differently A govt donates blackberries to another govt and you take them with glee.......im perplexed! The same govt that donated them was questioning how its own president can use a blackberry because of its security vulnerabilities.!!! boy oh boy... Plus i dont think the kenyan govt cannot afford 250 blackberrys....should I list corruption scandals or the 26 billion that was returned to treasury? If they dont see the need for it, then it wont be used. thats my experience with donations.
