[Skunkworks] Other mailing lists in Kenya and EA

I see a lot of good information on this mailing list and learn more and more of tech savvy and general topics. I was wondering, what other mailing lists like these exist out there? More so, why don't we expand this to serious contributors throughout EA. I am sure our neighbors would have some interesting thoughts too... Or does this already exist?
