ehh whats wrong with the site. What if the designer actually met the requirements? I mean who dictates what a site should look like. As far as I can tell the content there is way better than some 'well designed' sites. How about maybe offer a suggestion on what you'd like to see, if you did a free site for the state house for instance what makes you believe we would like it more than the one there?
