I wish to share this process how I now get US TV on my TV at home. 

First I got subscribed to hotspot shield lite package ( costs about 4.99 USD per month)

The package includes 3 devices.

Next I set my ipad to the US app store ( using I and M card) and using a US based address.

I downloaded Hulu Plus and Netflix on ipad.

I subscribed online for the packages ( Impressively the prepaid I and M card being accepted)

Next I stream from my Ipad to apple TV ( works with my unlimited Orange modem that have hooked up to a wifi router) and this have connected to my TV via HDMI.

( Apple TV is about 11k at Diamond plaza) I think it will work with the Chromecast from my Android device.

Works perfect ( though sometimes Netflix degrades depending on connection but it never buffers)

So in essence I get all this for 1600 kshs a month ( Netflix 8 USD and Hulu Plus 7.99 USD)

I also want to get Sky Go app for EPL and just switch the VPN to UK or BBC Iplayer and will be able to watch Live EPL on IPAD.

Next question I'm now asking is why I need Zuku Satellite ?
