Forgive me if this is not the right forum to thank for their $1 million towards K4K, but I think that level of philanthropy deserves recognition. Big up Google!!!!
$1 million == KES 91m. How much did the govt contribute to Japan the other day?? Personally, I'm sick of this "people dying from hunger" thing and I totally see nothing positive in the efforts being carried out to rescue the dying. It's a classic case of giving the fish, not showing them how to catch the fish. It's also a classic case of a failed govt -- a govt that does not learn from history, from it's mistakes! BTW, I am contributing to this cause, but in a very small way that is not even worth mentioning. What I think people should be doing now is to take the govt to task (while it's listening) and ask it to tell us why this happens like an annual event. Just the other day, people were crying all over the country when the govt failed to buy maize from them. It was rotting in farmer's storages. Now the same shitty govt is importing maize! Livestock is dying by their hundreds, and the govt has called on the military to help distribute relief food. The same shitty govt cannot use the same military to dig boreholes in the affected areas!! Shit govt!! -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I can't hear you -- I'm using the scrambler.
