a "disturbingly" active,vocal and untiring Civil Society - ever after/if the Freedom of Information law one day gets enacted. Otherwise civil rights are taken away bit by bit by whoever the powers-that-be of the day.
Think of this in an environment where theres ni Govt to start with - and if you think having one is a solution then am not on the same page with you.

I don't trust you and count me as diagonally opposed to the notion and interpretation that few self-private interest individuals qualify as "leading stakeholders" - unless according to you they mean more than 38+ million LEADING STAKEHOLDERS in Kenya. Who was it that once dubbed them "industry leaders" ?
