I shut down shop because I had started in a residential area (and right after high school). The problem was that: a) The revenues had sort of hit a plateau. This is either due to bad management by me, or the fact that it was in a residential area and the number of people who could come was limited more than it would be in a less residential area b) I had to go to uni :P
However, I do think it is a viable business but it would take a real gamer to run it successful. I find people who do not love games run these kinds of businesses a little "stupidly".
