Yes, I'd like to dupe Google that I live in the UK!

I am trying to purchase something from Google Play and when I login, it tells me this:

Sorry! Devices on Google Play is not available in your country yet.
We're working to bring devices to more countries as quickly as possible.
Please check back again soon.

The computer I am using to access Play is actually in the UK. I wonder what setting they are looking at in my profile to make them say this, yet I can see the devices listed, with prices in ŁŁ.
