Funny how things turn out! It&#39;s difficult to imagine Safaricom used to be a &#39;department&#39; at Telkom and now the latter is not even the second but a distant third MNO in terms of subscribers and revenue! If a business venture does not make profits,the most reasonable thing to do is to end its operations and not to pour in more money hoping that the tides will turn!<br>
