I think I'd use the Bullet on picostation M2 for that. 100 metres apart - even 1 bullet/picostation should be enough. I have a picostation M2 that can be 'seen' 100 metres away. You can always play with the Distance factor within the AirOS. It's somewhere under Advance settings. I haven't used the Bullet though, but they all use the same AirOS so I believe settings are the same, only coverage range differs because of the power, etc On Wed, Oct 19, 2011 at 09:42, Ian Macharia <machaian@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi peeps, Has anyone used ubiquity unifi access points? What is your experience? Do they actually do the range and data transfer and client capacity as they advertise?
Where can i get some? What are the alternatives for an office environment, with offices in 2 buildings 100 meters apart, and a total of about 75 users?
Thanks and regards,
Ian
