I think it's still under test and will run for some time. I hate to say it but since they introduced this service, I have never been able to achieve any reasonable speeds at home as I used to. Working remotely has been hell. For me, I'm praying they could end it sooner, otherwise I need to switch to an "underloaded" provider. I guess this only affects me.
