    <div>KRA has a web portal that anyone can
      use to query for PIN numbers to ascertain to whom they belong. I
      think the app is basically visiting the web portal and pulling the
      data from there and that probably explains why it takes ~20
      seconds. To me this is more of a web app.<br>

      It is highly unlikely they have access to the DB.<br>
