@Denno, By Jan 2010, I & M bank, was the only bank allowing Electronic Transactions through their VISA and Debit cards, Am not sure of any other Banks offering the same.

However, this has worked with Visa before, but I need it for a companyorganization that only accepts Paypal payments.
