Since Monday last week, Airtel's Blackberry service is down. It's not clear from their clueless CSExecs whether it is for everyone or just a few unlucky Kenyans, but a few of my colleagues are going without this service since then. They are on BIS.
Airtel CSExecs keep saying it is a problem on their end, and keep taking details when you call them, to be passed to the ICT people within Airtel, who are supposed to call back, but who never will!!
Is this a sign of the times for Airtel?
Is anyone on this forum affected by this Airtel Blackberry outage?? How comes I have not heard anyone else grumbling? :) Perhaps it's just my colleagues?
