There is the possibility that:
- no one responded.
- your post was too large
- post for some reason went into the spam box.
- your post happened to share a subject with a topic that was blacklisted for one reason or another.
- Given that it's a mailing list mail delivery is automated. Topic filtering is typically after the fact. If none of the above apply, then my guess would be that mailman is moody :-(.
