According a SIP service provider in Tanzania, a Tanzanian registered company having a cloud based PBX example on AWS or closer home Angani (generally any cloud based outside Tanzania IP address space) will have to pay international call rates on local Tanzania calls originated on the SIP trunk

Is this true?
