@Gideon, If I am not wrong, Office365 is a web-based subscription service. You need to subscribe first, then you will be able to install the Desktop frontends via the web. No one needs to "supply" you with any quotations or any installation media. If you meant Office 2013, well, you say so and I am sure you'll get quotations. Allow me to ask one question though if 2013 is your choice. What is the motivation to upgrade from the current version you are using? Which features are attracting you to it?
