I think some things warrant investigation.

One day, if I become stinking rich/wealthy (i hear there is a difference), I will hire 6 APs with red paint; and bribe some officials to give me a city council notice.

The Ministry of Lands shall be my friends by then  !

Then I will go to a number of properties I want; and mark these as "road reserves".

These actions will scare away the current tenants and landlords; who will be willing to give up their Title Deeds at throw away prices to avoid too many complications.

I will even come with two bulldozers to complete the theatrics.

I will revert these "Titles" to my ownership and bulldoze any buildings in the tracks of land I want.

Then I shall put up a series of Apartments for sale or ownership !
