Oh please ... I've been using twitter for more than 2 years (and no, that's not a typo) so please spare me the twitter "lessons." I know one follows people on twitter. Perhaps I should have used the word 'track' instead of 'follow' for hashtags, but the point was that I am now tracking the hashtag for "What Google Should Do In Africa" (#WGSDIA) for what it is worth. Who knows? Maybe something useful will come out of it, maybe not. - Chris On Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 5:37 AM, Simon Mbuthia <simon.mbuthia@gmail.com>wrote:
You follow people on twitter, not hashtags. Hashtags let you tag a tweet e.g. #IranElection tags tweets on Iranian elections and anybosy can tweet about the said elections and use the hashtag. You can then choose to follow the particular person(s) who've used the hashtag.

I just discovered the #WGSDIA hashtag today (so far just one blog post plus several retweets) and so I'm going to be following it going forward.
What interesting Twitter hashtags do you follow?
Cheers, - Chris
