
Agreed... We complain [and occasionally praise] a lot about service delivered by companies - bad service, good service... But do not be surprised that most of the people who complain [or praise] are : 1) employed in those very companies 2) that company is a sister company or owns shares in a company they work for 3) are using those companies' equipment for their own businesses [apart from being a normal user] e.g corporate GSM/WCDMA cards, dedicated bandwidths, specialized equipment like car tracking which relies on other companies' infrastructure, etc etc etc etc So unless the key holders of these companies' are objective to criticism, I would agree that we make our opinions personal - even when defending a company, let it be personal [and not representative]. w/regards Snn.
