What exactly is user ID? I entered both my PIN and national ID number with my chosen password & it just returns the same page with this at the bottom: The provided security credentials are not valid. Make sure your keyboard is not with CAPS LOCK and try again.
When signing up for the first time, the form page just kept showing up repeatedly. Then there was no confirmation and I was back to the login page. No follow-up email to confirm registration either.
Any ideas?

I think thats why many people are last minute for many issues - deep down, they want to feel the danger,, and mabbe later complain or praise themselves for -
-paying electricity or dstv bill at the last hour,, the rent,, buying petrol when the gauge turns orange etc -in college, everyone used to turn in their out of class assignment at the end of the term,, or on the last day
And now, in uchumi supermarkets,, i am sure the boxes of papers are full and people with pens and paper are many as they hang around the KRA agents to hand in their *tax forms* [?]
